Birgit Löding, Senior Consultant

Birgit Löding M.A., 48 years old, senior consultant and coach, as well as founder and owner of BLCI. For more than 20 years she has been working in the field of international HR issues in German and English across all sectors.

After her studies in intercultural education, business psychology and communication sciences, Birgit Löding initially managed Europe-wide projects in the field of HR development. In addition, she completed a part-time coaching course with the renowned communication psychologist Prof. Dr. Schulz von Thun. Later she worked for a personnel consultancy, where she learned the craft of personnel selection and executive search as well as expanding her knowledge of coaching for the professional reorientation of executives. She then worked for several years at two of the largest outplacement and management consultancies in Germany before founding her own consultancy. She has gained professional and life experience in London, South Africa, Ireland, etc.

Wolfram Jeromin, Senior Consultant

Wolfram Jeromin is a certified outplacement consultant and business start-up consultant with more than 15 years of experience in professional reorientation for specialists and executives. He has consulting experience in SMEs as well as in international corporate structures, with a focus on middle and senior management.

Prior to his consulting work, Mr Jeromin worked for more than 10 years in various HR functions, most recently as Head of Corporate HR Development for a renewable energy company. He has a track record of developing and implementing national and international PE/OE concepts and also has extensive experience in consulting and coaching executives up to top management level as well as in working with works councils and other internal stakeholders.

Wolfram Jeromin has a degree in adult education and counselling psychology (Dipl.Päd) as well as a two-year training as a systemic consultant and coach and a 12-month training as a trainer & facilitator. He conducts consultations, trainings & workshops in German and English.

Sabine Wald, Senior Consultant

Sabine Wald has 20 years of professional experience in human resource management and management development. After her studies in psychology, she worked in various human resources functions for international companies of different sizes. Thus, she brings a lot of experience from corporate groups and medium-sized companies.

In this context, she has gained more than 10 years of experience as a manager. In her last position, she rebuilt the personnel development department and established corresponding processes and tools. In this context, she also looked after the company’s subsidiaries abroad.

Sabine Wald has been a self-employed consultant since 2007 and naturally also offers her content in English. The focus of her work is on recruiting, executive search as well as assessment and development centres. She has experience in the technology, transport and logistics, tourism, facility management, IT, service and consulting sectors.

Ina Lange, Senior Consultant

Ina Lange has her main focus and many years of experience in the field of outplacement and coaching of specialists and executives. In addition, she has supported numerous group outplacements and transfer projects of well-known companies as an outplacement consultant.

Previously, she worked for IBM in Stuttgart and RWE in Essen as a personnel officer in personnel planning, recruitment and support. After vocational training as a PTA, she studied administrative sciences in Konstanz, specialising in human resources, PE, OE and management. In addition, she has completed several trainings as a coach – also as a TeleCoach – , certifications as an outplacement consultant, and as a team developer.

Boris Lamour, Senior Consultant

Boris Lamour is a systemic coach and personnel developer with over 15 years of experience in the fields of aptitude diagnostics, coaching and outplacement consulting. He has consulting experience in SMEs as well as in corporate structures.

Prior to his consulting work, Mr. Lamour was initially employed in the sales of complex HR solutions, in placement consulting and in further education. He then worked for several years as a branch manager for a medium-sized personnel service provider, as well as a consultant and in sales for one of the market leaders in outplacement consulting.

Boris Lamour studied education (Dipl.-Päd.) with a focus on adult education and human resource development (MA). He also has various additional qualifications: Systemic Consultant at the Milton Erickson Institute in Cologne, Systemic Coach & Supervisor at the IFW in Munich and Aptitude Diagnostics at Obermann Consulting in Cologne. In addition, he is certified for the persolog personality model.

Aila Kruska, Senior Consultant

Aila Kruska is a certified outplacement consultant and has supported more than 800 specialists and managers in their professional reorientation over the past 15 years. Her clients, mostly from SMEs and large companies, benefit from her broad industry expertise and extensive network as well as from her solution-oriented approach.


Before deciding to become self-employed, Aila Kruska worked for more than 10 years in international consultancies for talent and career management. There she coordinated and accompanied major staff reduction measures, among other things as Managing Consultant.

After studying ecotrophology, Aila Kruska first worked in communications in the pharmaceutical sector. She is a systemic coach, accredited team management system consultant and blended learning designer.

Ulrike Kampka, Senior Manager Client Relationship International

As Senior Manager Client Relationship international at BLCI, Ms Kampka is responsible for the acquisition of positions in the hidden labour market for our clients. She is also responsible for executive search and recruiting projects. She has been working with great enthusiasm in the areas of sales, customer service and acquisition for more than 25 years. She has extensive experience in corporate customer service in the field of travel management in the tourism industry. Due to her international environment, she has a distinct intercultural competence and very good English and Spanish skills. In the many years of her sales activities, Ms Kampka has built up a large network, which she uses and constantly expands for the acquisition of vacant target positions and executive search projects for BLCI, among other things.

Rainer Dorau, Senior Manager Client Relationshop International

For BLCI, Rainer Dorau, who holds a degree in economics, primarily offers contact initiation with employers and target company approach. In this way, he provides access to the hidden job market.

With over 20 years of sales experience in the national and international trade fair business, Rainer Dorau has excellent access to decision-makers in medium-sized companies and corporations, to ministries and regional trade associations as well as business promoters in North Rhine-Westphalia and throughout Germany. He studied human resources and marketing as a graduate economist and worked as a sales and marketing professional for technical products in a French global corporation prior to his trade fair activities. During this time he gained knowledge of international market structures as well as cultural and linguistic economic zones.

Roxanne Radovanovic, Junior Managerin Client Relationshop International

Ms. Radovanovic, B.A. is responsible as Junior Manager Client Relationship International for the support of our corporate and private clients. She provides support in the research of executive search and recruiting projects, in applicant management and looks after our assessment centre and outplacement clients. As a native English speaker, she has not only professional and life experience on various continents, but also very good German, English, French and Spanish skills and a pronounced intercultural competence.
