Birgit Löding M.A. is 47 years old and senior consultant, founder and managing director of BLCI. For more than 15 years she has been active in the field of international personnel and executive development across all industries. She conducts outplacements, career counseling, coaching, executive development programs and development centers in German and English. In addition, she volunteers as a career consultant and coach at the career fairs of the Association of German Engineers (VDI).
After studying intercultural education, business psychology and communication sciences in Germany and South Africa, Birgit Löding managed international projects in the field of human resources development. In addition, she completed a part-time training and coaching course with the renowned communication psychologist Prof. Dr. Schulz von Thun. At the same time, she was responsible for coaching in professional reorientation and outplacement of executives in a personnel consulting firm.

As Senior Manager Client Relationship, Ms. Straatman is the contact person for BLCI when it comes to communication with corporate and private clients. After training as a foreign language correspondent for English and Spanish, as well as a project and event manager, she worked in international corporate communications and also supported the management and boards of international corporations as a management assistant for many years. She has gained experience in companies in the logistics, retail, mobile communications and telecommunications sectors, such as E.ON and Telekom. She brings cross-industry networks that are very beneficial for the placement of BLCI candidates.
Ina Lange has her focus and many years of experience in the field of outplacement and coaching of specialists and executives. In addition, she has supported numerous group outplacements and transfer projects of well-known corporations as an outplacement consultant.
Previously, she worked for IBM in Stuttgart and RWE in Essen as a personnel officer in personnel planning, recruitment and support. After a vocational training as a PTA, she studied administrative sciences in Konstanz with a focus on human resources, PE, OE and management. In addition, she has completed several trainings as a coach – also as a TeleCoach – , certifications as an outplacement consultant, as well as a team developer.
As a jobsearcher, Rainer Dorau supports candidates in gaining access to the hidden job market. For BLCI, he primarily offers contact initiation to employers and target company approach.
Due to his more than 20 years of sales experience in the national and international trade fair business, Rainer Dorau has excellent access to decision makers in medium-sized companies and corporations, to ministries and regional trade associations as well as business promoters in North Rhine-Westphalia and throughout Germany. He studied human resources and marketing as a graduate economist and worked as a sales and marketing professional for technical products in a French global corporation prior to his trade fair activities. There he gained knowledge of international market structures, as well as cultural and linguistic economic zones.
Boris Lamour is a systemic coach and human resources developer with over 15 years of experience in coaching, outplacement consulting and aptitude diagnostics. He has consulting experience in SMEs as well as in corporate structures.
Prior to his consulting work, Mr. Lamour was initially employed in the sales of complex HR solutions, in placement consulting and in further education. He then worked for several years as a branch manager for a medium-sized HR service provider, as well as a consultant and in sales for one of the market leaders in outplacement consulting.
Boris Lamour studied education (Dipl.-Päd.) with a focus on adult education and personnel development (MA). He also holds various additional qualifications: Systemic Consultant at the Milton Erickson Institute Cologne, Systemic Coach & Supervisor at the IFW in Munich and Aptitude Diagnostics at Obermann Consulting in Cologne. In addition, he is certified for the persolog personality model.
Aila Kruska is a certified outplacement consultant and has supported more than 800 professionals and executives in their professional reorientation over the past 15 years. Her clients, mostly from SMEs and large corporations, benefit from her broad industry expertise and extensive network as well as from her solution-oriented approach.
Before Aila Kruska decided to go freelance, she worked for more than 10 years in international consulting companies for talent and career management. There she coordinated and accompanied major staff reduction measures, among other things as Managing Consultant.
After studying ecotrophology, Aila Kruska initially worked in communications in the pharmaceutical sector. She is a systemic coach, accredited team management system consultant and blended learning designer.
Sabine Wald has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of human resources management and management development. After studying psychology, she worked in various human resources functions for international companies of different sizes. Thus, she brings a lot of experience from corporate groups and medium-sized companies.
In this context, she has gained more than 10 years of experience as a manager. In her last position she built up the department of personnel development and established appropriate processes and tools. In this context, she also supervised the company’s subsidiaries abroad.
Sabine Wald has been a self-employed consultant since 2007 and naturally also offers her content in English. The focus of her work is on outplacement, training, coaching, recruiting as well as assessment and development centers. She has experience in the technology, transport and logistics, tourism, facility management, IT, service and consulting sectors.
Wolfram Jeromin is a certified outplacement consultant and business start-up consultant with more than 15 years of experience in career reorientation for specialists and executives. He has consulting experience in SMEs as well as in international corporate structures, with a focus on middle and senior management.
Prior to consulting, Mr. Jeromin spent more than 10 years in various HR roles, most recently as Head of Corporate HR Development for a renewable energy company. He has a proven track record in the development and implementation of national and international PE/OE concepts and also has extensive experience in consulting and coaching executives up to top management level as well as in working with works councils and other internal stakeholders.
Wolfram Jeromin has a degree in adult education and counseling psychology (Dipl.Päd) as well as, among other things, a two-year training as a systemic consultant and coach and a 12-month training as a trainer & moderator. He conducts consultations, trainings & workshops in German and English.
