Birgit Löding M.A. is 47 years old and senior consultant, founder and managing director of BLCI. For more than 15 years she has been active in the field of international personnel and executive development across all industries. She conducts outplacements, career counseling, coaching, executive development programs and development centers in German and English. In addition, she volunteers as a career consultant and coach at the career fairs of the Association of German Engineers (VDI).
After studying intercultural education, business psychology and communication sciences in Germany and South Africa, Birgit Löding managed international projects in the field of human resources development. In addition, she completed a part-time training and coaching course with the renowned communication psychologist Prof. Dr. Schulz von Thun. At the same time, she was responsible for coaching in professional reorientation and outplacement of executives in a personnel consulting firm.
