Birgit Löding M.A. is 45 years old and Senior Consultant, Founder and Managing Director of BLCI. For more than 15 years she has been active in the field of international personnel and executive development across all industries. She conducts outplacements, career counselling and coaching, executive development programs and development centers in German and English. In addition, she volunteers as a career counsellor and coach at career fairs organised by the Association of German Engineers (VDI).

After studying intercultural pedagogy, business psychology and communication sciences in Germany and South Africa, Birgit Löding led international projects in the field of personnel development. In addition, she completed in-service training and coaching with the renowned communication psychologist Prof. Dr. Schulz von Thun. At the same time, she was responsible for coaching executives in professional reorientation and outplacement in a personnel consultancy.

Wolfram Jeromin

Wolfram Jeromin

Wolfram Jeromin is a certified outplacement and start-up consultant with more than 15 years of experience in professional reorientation for professionals and executives. He has consulting experience in SMEs as well as in international corporate structures, with a focus on middle and senior management.

Prior to consulting, Mr. Jeromin spent more than 10 years in various HR roles, most recently as Head of Corporate HR Development for a renewable energy company. He has a proven track record in the development and implementation of national and international PE/OE concepts and also has extensive experience in consulting and coaching executives up to top management as well as in working with works councils and other internal stakeholders.

Wolfram Jeromin has a degree in adult education and Counselling Psychology (Dipl.Päd) as well as a two-year training as systemic consultant and coach and a 12-month training as trainer & moderator. He conducts counselling, training and workshops in German and English.

 

Ines Dauth

Ines Dauth

For more than 20 years the business graduate Ines Dauth has been working intensively on the topic of people and work. For BLCI, she is responsible for outplacement as a job seeker and for directly addressing companies with alternative approaches to the hidden job market. She continuously maintains her network to companies and personnel consultants online and offline, with which she advises clients and coaches.

She has experienced how personnel recruitment works as a sales manager for a well-known personnel service provider, as a talent manager within the company organisation and as a recruiter for a personnel consultancy. She learned cold calls “from the bottom up” and refined it by setting up internal sales networks in the corporate environment.

Due to her many years of experience, she has a good overview of market trends and reliable access to the labour market, which she uses depending on the professional goal and the applicant’s existing potential.

Boris Lamour

Boris Lamour is a systemic coach and personnel developer with over 15 years of experience in coaching, outplacement consulting and aptitude diagnostics. He has consulting experience in SMEs as well as in large group structures.

Prior to his consulting activities, Mr. Lamour worked in the sales of complex HR solutions, in placement consulting as well as in further education. He then worked for several years as a branch manager for a medium-sized personnel service provider and as a consultant and in sales for one of the market leaders for outplacement counselling.

Boris Lamour studied education (Dipl.-Päd.) with a focus on adult education and personnel development (MA). In addition, he has various additional qualifications: Systemic Consultant at the Milton Erickson Institute Cologne, Systemic Coach & Supervisor at the IFW in Munich and Suitability Diagnostics at Obermann Consulting in Cologne. He is also certified for the persolog-personality model.

 

Sabine Wald

Sabine Wald

Sabine Wald has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of personnel management and management development. After studying psychology, she worked in various HR functions for international companies of various sizes. Thus she brings along a lot of experience from corporations and medium-sized companies.

In this context she has gained more than 10 years of experience as an executive. In her last position she rebuilt the personnel development department and established corresponding processes and tools. In this context, she also looked after the company’s subsidiaries abroad.

Sabine Wald has been a freelance consultant since 2007 and of course also offers her content in English. Her work focuses on outplacement, training, coaching, recruiting and assessment and development centres. She has experience in the fields of technology, transport and logistics, tourism, facility management, IT as well as services and consulting.

 

Klaus Reckmann

Klaus Reckmann

Klaus Reckmann has many years of experience in the personnel sector from his work for German and American companies. On this basis he supports companies in change processes, in strategic personnel projects, in training and coaching as well as in career consulting. The business graduate offers his services in German, English and French.

In addition to personnel and executive development, his fields of activity include interim assignments in the following areas: personnel management, foreign projects, assignments, compensation & benefits as well as training management.

He has trained as a change manager, trainer, systemic coach and outplacement and career consultant. In addition, he is certified for the following instruments: persolog® Personality Factor Model (DISC Model by Prof. John G. Geier) and Profiles XT™ (Profiles International) as well as profilingvalues®.
