• Information discussions on your career goals and our offers free of charge and without obligation at any time (in person or by telephone)
• Prices on an hourly basis or alternatively package prices (see Outplacement Costs)

Individual Offer

• We make you individual offers according to your needs, schedules and budgets.
• We will send an offer and invoice for career consulting or business coaching (if desired by you) directly to your employer. We would also be happy to introduce ourselves by telephone or in person in the HR department and take care of all the necessary formalities for you.

Career Counselling – Costs for Self-Payers

• If you pay the fee yourself (or from your severance payment) and not your employer, you can claim the full amount (plus your travel and subsistence costs) for tax purposes.
• Should you decide for outplacement after a career consultation, we will be happy to credit any costs already incurred, e.g. from the preparation for job interviews, to the outplacement package price.
• Payment by instalments possible on request
